Nature and Our Nervous System Day Retreat

Description

Let’s embrace nature in assisting us to go deep and release stagnant energy, which will in turn, allow us to fill up with more beneficial positive liveliness. For this day in the elements, we will learn how to ground ourselves, release toxic connections and how to stop to smell the roses. Each exercise will be reinforced with practices you can incorporate into your day-to-day lives. We all exist with so much toxicity and this is an opportunity to release and truly thrive. Let’s integrate rituals which have us putting ourselves first, so we can show up differently for those we love.

In follow up to the retreat, there will be one-on-one services available from 3pm to 5pm.  The options are $40 each and are as follows:
